Microsoft Outlook Express - The phone keeps hanging up:

Symptom:

Whenever you use Outlook Express, the phone connection to the internet keeps disconnecting by itself. This does not occur on Internet Explorer, though.

Cause:

Outlook Express has be set to hang up everytime it sends or receives.

Solution:

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Goto Tools Menu/Options

3. Click on the Connection tab

4. Make sure that Hang up after sending and receiving is turned off.

5. Click OK.
