Adobe PageMaker - Automatic Table of Contents:

1. Setup (or use an existing) style for all of the heads or subheads you want to see in the TOC

2. In the style setup, turn on "Include in Table of Contents" in the Paragraph Properties.

3. Zap the heads into that style

4. Goto the page where the TOC will appear.

5. Goto Utilities Menu/Create TOC

6. Place the TOC and fix up the style it has created to your liking
