Symantec WinFax - Scan and Send:

1. Open WinFax Message Manager Software

2. Go to Send Menu/Scand and Send

3. Your scanning software will appear

4. Click Preview

5. Make sure that:

   The entire page is selected

   Type is set to Line Art

   Resolution is set to 150

   Scaling is set to 100%

6. Click Scan to scan the area inside the dotted line.

7. Repeat the process for a multi-page scan

8. Close the scanning software window by clicking on the X in the upper-right corner

9. The Send dialog will appear

10. Enter the phone number, exactly as it will be dialed

11. Click Send to send the fax.
