With over 10 years of experience building and repairing computers and networks, we provide a number of services to individuals and businesses. Here is a quick list of what we offer.

Troubleshooting:
We provide general hardware and software troubleshooting for all types of personal computers. We currently charge $48 per hour for on-site service and $38 per hour for service performed on our workbench at the Tribune. We also charge $38 per hour for telephone and email support. There is no mileage charge within Montmorency County, but we charge 40 cents per mile for service calls outside the county.

Business Solutions:
When business computer systems are implemented in a careful and effective way, the benefits can be great for both the employees and the employer. We can provide proven expertise in areas such as database design and management, small business accounting, contact management, and spreadsheet design. We can also build custom applications to fit your needs.

Networking:
A computer network can make your small business work more efficiently while it saves you money by sharing and distributing resources among your computers and employees. We will take the time to look at your particular needs and develop a plan to implement the best type of network for your business. For more information, see our networking page.

Computer Systems:
We custom build workstations and servers for businesses and home users. We use quality components and we back every machine with a 3-year warranty. For more information and some sample configurations, see our systems page.

Education:
We provide customized computer education for schools and businesses. Our curricula includes: Introduction to Computing, Introduction to the Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Web Design with Microsoft Word, Web Design with Microsoft FrontPage, Graphic Design with Adobe PageMaker, Image Editing with Adobe PhotoShop. We charge our standard rates for one-on-one or small group instruction. We charge $50 per hour for instruction in a class setting (for the class time only - we don't charge for prep time).

Web Design:
We provide full website design services to small businesses. We will customize our work to your needs, whether it is mini-page for $99 (hosted at NEMichigan.com) or a multi-page, customized site hosted at your own domain name.
