This is our warranty on new computer systems. Go ahead and read it over -- we've tried to avoid the legal language to make things easier for everyone.

Term: This warranty coverage lasts three years from when you take delivery of your new computer.

What Components Are Covered: This warranty covers the CPU (the box) and all of its internal components, the monitor, the keyboard, the speakers, and the mouse.

What Components Are Not Covered: We do not cover printers, scanners and other external devices not mentioned above, however you will receive the manufacturer’s warranty on those parts (usually one year).

Geographic Limits: We will provide on-site service provided the machine is still in Montmorency County or within about 10 miles of the county line. If the machine is further away, you will be charged a mileage fee or you will need to pay for shipping to get the machine to us and back again.

Software and Configuration: Microsoft Windows and most programs that run in Windows are extremely complex and have been know to have "bugs" and other problems. As we did not write the software that comes bundled with a new system, we cannot warrantee it. However, if your bundled software is consistently not working, we will provide you with assistance in determining if the problem is inherent to the system we sold you or if it is a result of new software or configuration changes that have been added to the system since the sale. Often the best way to do this is to restore the system back to its original state. If the system is restored and the problem persists we will work to solve the problem for you at no charge to you.

Damage We Won't Cover: We won't cover damage to hardware if it is due to any of the following: Misuse; Accidents; Acts of God, General Wear and Tear, and Power Surges (that's why we always bundle a good surge protector with our systems).

Guarantee: We also provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new systems. This is a “no questions asked” guarantee. We will even come get it, as long as it hasn’t left the county.
